Our Policy

We pride ourselves in using top shelf products. These products include IGroom, Natures Specialty and Melanie Newman shampoos and conditioners. We understand that sometimes pets have other needs for their shampoo, we are happy to also use the shampoo that you provide. 

It is our policy to hand dry all of our pets.In keeping with our goals to have a stress free enviroment for your pet we may occasionally need to use a cage dry or fan. This is done minimally and is used for pets that cant handle the stress of a force dryer.

**Included brush out time is 10-15 minutes. Extended brush out due to undercoat or heavy matting may result in additional charges.
